Rebecca Del Pozo
Millionaire Real Estate Mom
University Place, WA
We want to get to know you! Briefly tell us about yourself: Where you came from, where you've been and how you live your dream (or are working toward it).
When I'm not singing... I'm selling houses. Hi! I'm Rebecca Del Pozo. Born and raised in Canada, now living in the Seattle WA area. I'm living my dream as a real estate agent, investor, author and trainer. No degree but a passion for marketplace ministry and serving others in everything real estate. Ranked in the top 3 % of all productive real estate agents in North America, I'm traveling around the world, inspiring other moms to build a legacy through real estate.
How do you define success and how do you stay motivated to keep working toward it?
I prefer significance over success. I believe significance is living out the reason God put me on this planet. To inspire others with my story, words and songs.
What’s been your biggest challenge, perceived failure or fear and how did you overcome it?
Fear of not having a degree. I thought I couldn't ever make more than 100K without a degree (simply not true in real estate) . Fear of being a mom and not being able to juggle both business and family life.
What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?
BE BOLD and ASK. Reach out to women who have gone before you and model after them.
Share a book, quote and/or idea that's impacted you the most:
“Where you are is a result of who you were. But where you go depends entirely on who you CHOOSE to be”. - Hal Elrod.
What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!
Having a net worth of over a million dollars at the age of 40 years old :)
What is something surprising about you?
I'm pretty goofy..silly. funny.
What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!
I LOVE TATER TOTS with ranch on the side. YUM.
Share a time when a perceived failure was actually a blessing in disguise.
Divorce. I didn't see it coming and it ended up catapulting me into my calling when I look back now.
What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?
1. Getting my real estate license. 2. My birthday -alone- trip to Palm Springs Retreat. Self care at it's BEST.
What’s MOST important to you right now?
SELF CARE.
Who is the Risk Taker Dream Maker(s) that inspires you? Why? Provide contact info and we'll reach out for their story.
