Galit Ventura-Rozen,M.A. is a Business Performance Expert, Author of The Successful Woman’s Mindset and creator of The Speakers Method and 25+ year entrepreneur as the Broker/Owner of a commercial real estate company. She is a well-known speaker on the topics of leadership, real estate, business and the successful mindset. She currently owns and operates Commercial Professionals, Empowering U, and Empowering Essentials. Galit is most recently the recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Women of Distinction Award and the TMG Silver State Award for Best of the Best Local Motivational Speaker. She is the proud mom of three kids and resides in Las Vegas, NV. She is currently starting a Women's Movement called Everyday Woman..
How do you define success and how do you stay motivated to keep working toward it?
Success to me is a life full of happiness, doing what you love, having purpose, and serving others. I stay motivated by focusing on those people, one at a time, that I can empower to make a different choice today towards effective change in their lives that will in turn bring them success. and of course my 3 kids are my motivation everyday.
What’s been your biggest challenge, perceived failure or fear and how did you overcome it?
My biggest challenge was starting my own business at 21 in an industry that was largely male, working with mostly male clients and proving myself day in and day out. I overcame this challenge by sticking to my goals, educating myself in the industry, focusing on my goals and working through the challenges.
What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?
To "roll with it" to not try to plan out every minute, day, year of your future and leave room for opportunities, possibilities and change.

What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!
I am most proud of the fact that 3 years ago while being successful in my commercial real estate business I decided to start a business focused on empowering women and that it has made a difference in so many women's lives, that I have been recognized over and over again through awards and organizations for my success and impact.
What is something surprising about you?
My parents are immigrants, and I am first generation American.
What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!
I don't know what strange habit I have but I love more than anything to attend concerts. I have attended 100's and seen many top artists..
What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?
Hiring assistants, and I say that in plural. VA's and one in person that specialize in different area's that will help my businesses so I can focus on the priorities.
What’s MOST important to you right now?
To live every day genuinely and authentically me, making a difference in this world and showing others anything is possible, that the only limitation to everything you want, is YOU!!!
Who is the Risk Taker Dream Maker(s) that inspires you? Why?
Angela Giles. She started her business 18 years ago in tech which was unheard of for a woman and is still going strong.
