Confidence & Success Coach

We want to get to know you! Briefly tell us about yourself: Where you came from, where you've been and how you live your dream (or are working toward it).

I’ve lived my entire life in Canada. I’ve had many professionals from server, prostitute, postal clerk, legal assistant, spiritual coach to where I am now. I’m a mother of 4 and have been married to my amazing husband for 11 years. I lost myself in everything I was doing and the people I was taking care of that I could never truly find my happily ever after. I was able to overcome any obstacle with positivity through understanding and growth but didn’t find my path to my own dream until I fully embraced the woman I had become through all the struggle. I’m living, breathing, loving and empowering that woman daily.

How do you define success and how do you stay motivated to keep working toward it?

Success is being confident in who you are and going after you dreams no matter what life throws in your path. It’s overcoming those obstacles and still being the woman you were meant to be. Staying motivated takes hard work, dedication, faith and above all else balance. You have to have a healthy balance of your life and all it’s intimate aspects.

What’s been your biggest challenge, perceived failure or fear and how did you overcome it?

My biggest challenge was always my reactions and responses. It was not letting life or the people in it bring my self worth, self love or confident to a shattering end.

What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?

Don’t ever stop. Don’t let the people or things in your life stop you from going after whatever you want even when it changes like the wind. Other than that nothing. Everything I went through made me the woman I am today and I will be grateful always.

Share a book, quote and/or idea that's impacted you the most:

It’s better to have lost and lost than to have never loved at all has and always will be my favourite quote. It represents the love that life can bring regardless of the sorrow. You can’t know the love without the hate.

What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!

I’m proud of my ability to analyze anything to find the positive lesson in it. I am able to connect the dots in a persons life to find the things that are helping or hindering them. I’m proud of all the things I have overcome and how they made me stronger. I’m proud of all the things I’ve accomplished since starting my journey such as my connection to my self through spirituality, writing my book and being the confident queen I am.

What is something surprising about you?

I am a crazy cat lady and I would own a sanctuary for all types of animals if I could.

What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!

Sex. Sex has always been a huge focal point for me and I don’t feel 100% without it.

Share a time when a perceived failure was actually a blessing in disguise.

Everything that has ever seemed to be a mistake or failure has taught me something.

What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?

Working with my own coach 100%.

What’s MOST important to you right now?

Being the most authentic version of myself!
